With nearly 20 years of experience in packaging and print production, mainly in beauty and cosmetics, Karen brings a wealth of expertise to her role. She’s involved in every step of the packaging process, from design to the finished product on the production floor, ensuring everything is executed with precision and on time.

Karen’s journey to Bolthouse Fresh Foods was inspired by the humble carrot. She takes pride in being a small but vital part of the process that delivers wholesome food to families across the nation. Balancing her career and family life is something Karen values deeply. Her job not only keeps her engaged and learning every day but also provides the flexibility she needs to focus on her family. As a mom of young children, she enjoys trips to the park, sports, and piano lessons, while also indulging in her love for audiobooks—often while managing her lively household, which includes two dogs, two kids, and her supportive husband.

Karen believes that people make all the difference in the workplace, and she’s grateful to be part of an amazing team at Bolthouse Fresh Foods. She joined the company during a time of significant change and has been instrumental in the rebranding process, finding it both challenging and rewarding. Her goal is to build efficient processes and foster a culture of camaraderie and teamwork.

Fun fact: Karen is a big animal lover. Her husband proposed at the Central Park Zoo, and they honeymooned on a safari in Africa!
